1. Who runs this site

Cock Hero Builder is run by an independent operator, who is also the data controller described in the privacy policy.

2. Adults only (18+)

This site contains sexually explicit material and is only for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and old enough to view adult content where you live, and only if viewing it is legal there. Checking that is your responsibility.

The age confirmation you see when you open the app is your own declaration: we do not verify identity documents. If you are a parent or guardian, please use the parental control tools of your device or internet provider. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.

3. What Cock Hero Builder is

Cock Hero Builder is a software tool. It builds "Cock Hero videos": games that play a sequence of short clips synced to a song and a beat track, with on-screen instructions. You choose the song, the number of rounds, categories and game options; the tool picks the clips.

• Every Cock Hero video is private to the person who created it. There is no public gallery and no way to browse other users' videos.
• The music in the catalogue is made by us with AI music tools whose terms allow commercial use.
• Paid plans unlock more of the tool (more generations per day, more rounds, game modes, tools for your own content). They never unlock exclusive explicit content: the clip catalogue is the same for every user.
• Nobody can upload videos to our servers. Your own songs and clip libraries stay in your browser and on your device (see section 4).

4. Clips and the people who make them

Our catalogue

Every clip in the catalogue is a short excerpt, a few seconds, of a professional adult production. We only show a small part of each scene, and wherever it is available the player links to the official page of the full video and to the studio that made it.

If you enjoy a clip, watch the full scene there and support the people who made it. All rights to the clips belong to their owners. If you own a work that appears here and would rather it did not, tell us and we will remove it (section 6).

We do not produce adult content and we do not accept uploads or submissions from users. We never use amateur, leaked or private material.

Your own content (paid plans)

Paid members can build Cock Hero videos from their own songs and clip libraries. Those files are not uploaded: audio files are kept in your browser, and clips are played by your browser straight from your device or from the links you added. We never download, copy, host or review those files. When you generate a Cock Hero video, we only receive the list of clips used (their links or file paths inside your library) and keep it as part of that video so it can be played again.

You are solely responsible for the content you use this way. Only use material that you have the right to use and that is legal, and never anything that falls under section 5.

5. Zero tolerance

The following is never allowed, neither in our catalogue nor in anything you use with the tool:

• Any content that shows, or appears to show, a person under 18, or that is presented as involving minors in any way, including role-play.
• Content shared without the consent of everyone shown in it ("revenge porn"), hidden-camera or voyeur material, and content involving coercion, trafficking or force.
• Sexual deepfakes or any manipulated image of a real person made without their consent.
• Any other illegal content.

Reports about this kind of content go to the top of the queue. Confirmed material is removed at once and its source is blocked so it is never added again. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities and cooperate with them.

6. Content removal

If you own the rights to a work used here, if you appear in a clip, or if you believe something here is illegal, use the content removal form or write to abuse@cockherobuilder.com. We aim to act on clear, complete requests within 48 hours.

• Urgent cases (possible minors, content shared without consent): use the form and choose that reason, or email us with URGENT in the subject. You do not have to give your name for reports about minors.
• When we accept a request, we remove the clips concerned and every other clip taken from the same original work. If you ask for it, we remove everything from a studio or creator and block that source so it is not curated again.
• Because Cock Hero videos are private, you may not have a link to our copy. That is fine: tell us which original work or studio it comes from and we will find every clip taken from it.
• Clips removed from the catalogue also disappear from Cock Hero videos that already used them.
• Knowingly false or abusive requests may be ignored and may have legal consequences for whoever sends them.

7. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement

We are not the producer (primary or secondary) of any of the visual content in the catalogue. Every excerpt comes from a professional production made and published by third parties. The records of age and identity of the performers required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and similar laws are kept by the original producers of each work. Our role is limited to selecting short excerpts and playing them inside the tool.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use clips, songs or links that you do not have the right to use, or anything described in section 5;
• download, copy, redistribute, resell or republish clips, music or Cock Hero videos from this site;
• scrape the site, use bots or automated tools, or access it other than through its normal interface;
• get around daily limits, plan limits, rate limits or any other technical restriction;
• share your account with other people, or create accounts for someone else;
• attack, overload or try to break into the site, or try to access other users' data.

If we have good reason to believe you are breaking these rules, we may limit, suspend or close your access. Where it is reasonable and the law does not prevent it, we will tell you why.

9. Accounts and paid plans

• You can use the tool without an account, with lower limits. An account only needs an email address and a password. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Paid plans are sold as Patreon memberships. Payment, receipts, renewals, cancellation and refunds are handled by Patreon under its own terms. We never see your card or bank details.
• If your membership ends, your account goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: Your Cock Hero videos above the free plan's limit are locked and unlock again if you rejoin.
• We may change what each plan includes or its price. Price changes are announced in advance on Patreon and never apply to a period you have already paid.
• You can delete your account at any time from the privacy controls below. Deleting your account does not cancel your Patreon membership: cancel it on Patreon too.

10. Intellectual property

The software, design, texts and catalogue music of Cock Hero Builder belong to us or to our licensors. The clips belong to their respective owners; using this site gives you no rights over them. Your own songs, libraries and settings remain yours: we only use them to provide the service to you.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and working well, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that any particular clip or feature will stay. Clips may be removed at any time, for example after a removal request.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for the content you choose to use with the tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems can be solved quickly by email.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update this page when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects registered users, we will tell them in the app before it applies. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

14. Privacy & opt-out

We collect as little as we can. No ads, no analytics, no tracking cookies, no third-party trackers, and we never sell or share your data for marketing. This section explains exactly what we store, why, for how long, and how you can delete it. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the national laws that complement it.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the operator of Cock Hero Builder, identified in section 1. For anything related to your data write to contact@cockherobuilder.com.

What we store on our servers

We do not collect your real name (except in removal requests), date of birth, phone number, location, payment details, or any file from your device. We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.

What we store in your browser

We do not use cookies. The site keeps a few items in your browser's local storage. All of them are needed for something you asked for, or remember a choice you made, so under EU rules on cookies and similar technologies (ePrivacy Directive, art. 5(3)) they do not need a consent banner:

• Sign-in token: keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. Removed when you log out.
• Age confirmation: so we do not ask you on every visit.
• Preferences: background video on or off, last tab opened, tutorials already seen, the page you were on in a list.
• Your last anonymous Cock Hero video (only without an account): a link back to it, valid for 24 hours.
• My Local Content (paid plans): your song audio files and clip library lists, stored only in this browser. They are never uploaded. Libraries you build also save a file in the folder you chose on your computer; we cannot see or delete that file.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of service providers that act on our behalf under data processing agreements: hosting, database, file storage and delivery, and an email service that only notifies us of removal requests. Memberships are sold and managed byPatreon, which is responsible for the data you give it under its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on a European Commission adequacy decision or its standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details at any time. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and to object to how we use it. You can delete your account yourself below; for anything else email contact@cockherobuilder.com with the subject "Data request" from the email of your account. We answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work, or where you believe your rights were infringed.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS, passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and each account can only reach its own data. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach ever puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Opt-out and controls

There is no analytics or advertising tracking to opt out of. What you can do is remove what this browser stores, and delete your account and everything linked to it:
